After sitting in an office all week, I love to get out and enjoy myself in the country side and working with natural materials in my workshop.
I have 3 loves in my life, Lucy, the dogs and shooting, I am a keen deer stalker and game shot, shooting as much as possible when time allows, when the weather is against me, I retire to the workshop and work on creating walking sticks, priest to administer the last rights to fur feather and fin, and other goodies for friends and family and to give me some pocket money to spend.
When not shooting, I love working my 2 Labs and Spaniels they both pickup and help me in the tracking of deer, also making superb hot water bottles when we are not feeling well and they are brilliant at guarding the sofa's!!
Lucy and I both love to cook creating some new and exciting dishes as well as resurecting some family favorites.
